The mechanical, electronic parts and software have been completely reconditioned. The machine is sold with CE certification and complies with current safety standards, is accompanied by all dedicated manuals and customized format change sheets.

The BA 100 is equipped with a drawer chain into which the products to be packaged are loaded via special feeders. The packaging cycle is completely automatic. A sensor detects the presence of the product in the drawer and commands the withdrawal of the case and any leaflet, activating the correct withdrawal controls.

The opening of the case takes place with the traditional mechanical blade system which guarantees correct functioning with the widest type of cases and cardboard quality. The format change requires simple and rapid operations guided by millimeter scales.

The operator panel with Siemens display facilitates operation of the machine and provides all the main information on correct operation. The speed can be set from the display and allows you to adjust the machine to the optimal speed.
