The automatic production line integrates material roll unwinding, mask/respirator forming, nose wire feeding and application, earloops welding, edge sealing welding, cutting and ejection of the finished product.
The forming of the mask/respirator, the welding of the earloops and the welding of the edge sealing are carried out with automated ultrasonic equipment. The material supply and the mask/respirator processing take place synchronously in order to ensure the automated production process.
